Bland curry
Fairly bland unexciting food. Quite small portions to boot. Won't buy again.

Fantastic
Really quick from ordering to collection. Delicious food and at such a good price. Favourite indian takeaway in Exeter!

Amazing!
This was possibly the best meal we have ever had from Ganges. Don't get me wrong, it's always good but tonight it was extra special. Keep it coming.

Great food but cold
Food for really good, but it wasnt even warm when it got to me, it was freezing cold, i had to reheat it in the micro wave for 3mins! I appreciate its busy at this time, it wont effect me ordering again this time as normaly food is always spot on! However if it happens on a regular occurrence i shant order again as it is a little more expensive than most places so i do expect to receieve a hot meal.

Yum!

too slow
Food was good but almost cold. I had to microwave it all. It arrived 90 minutes after I ordered it. If the food was hot and arrived within 1 hour, I would give a much better review.

Ganges great curries
We had a takeaway for 11 this weekend, the food was delivered bang on time and it was one of the tastiest curries we have had. As good as the restaurant it came from.

OUTSTANDING!
As always the bets Indian around - hence why we always order from here, and eat in! The food is delectable, the delivery is prompt, the delivery person is always polite and happy and the food is always hot and extremely tasty! The pompadoms are amazing!!!!!!! Are fav is the garlic chicken masala. The Ganges is a top place!

disappointed
the order arrived after an hour and half wait which expected to be at the hour side because of time and day ordered (friday, 7.40pm). When it did arrive it was luke warm and missing naan breads which 2 of the meals stated they should come with. When I phoned Ganges the guy on the other end of the phone argued saying did i not have a menu provided with the meal it doesn't say that it comes with a naan bread. i stated that i had ordered from the menu online which clearly states they do! after a lot of huffing they said they'd send some over. they arrived 15 mins later with only one naan!the onion bahji's were small and chewy, the popadoms were not crisp, and the mango dip and mint dip very runny. the main courses were the best of the lot and would of tasted better if a lot hotter. overall disappointed as had heard good things about this restaurant maybe they;re better if you eat in!?!

Delicious!
We have eaten in the restaurant before and have always enjoyed our meals. The staff are polite and friendly and really lovely with our young son. This time I ordered a takeaway and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend. Best Indian restaurant in Exeter in my opinion and we eat out quite a lot.

The best!
By far the best curry place, to dine in and takeaway, we have ever tried! The food is amazing and the value for money too! Very polite staff and a pleasure to eat! 5********** all round!

Favourite Indian in Exeter
This is my favourite Indian restaurant I've been to. The staff are friendly and the speciality curry's are the best. I recommend the Malabar Lamb Curry in particular.

Nice food, terrible service
The food, when it finally came, was lovely. We ordered online and had a delivery time of 7PM. This came and went. Finally we get a call from the delivery driver who was lost, despite having a full address and post code. Who leaves to deliver something without a map? or an idea of where you are going? he called and was unable to tell me where he was. Three calls later I took to the streets to find him. I walked half a mile to find a confused man with a cold curry. The manager of the restaurant didn't care that I had to go out to find my meal or that it was cold and that we were now cooking our delivery. The food was nice but the order was wrong, however, by this time we were so hungry we gave up. The managers lack of concern that someone working for him was taking an hour to find a simple, city centre, address was shocking.
