First time ordering
I must admit I was very impressed with the service I got the only problem was I ordered Curry sauce but had sweet & sour sauce instead on my box meal. I also would have preferred to have the sauce separately not put on my meal.

Wrong food and points ignored
I had ordered a box of chow mein and crispy chicken, when I picked it up and took it home it was egg fried rice and crispy chicken. Also when I got there the points system was ignored, I should have saved 50p+ as I used my points but still got charged the full amount. Also I got charged more for the chow mein box... Which I didn't even receive. It was late and they had closed by the time I realised but still a dissapointment as I usually enjoy this Chinese.

Great food
Lovely tasty food, however the satay skewers were different in person than I imagined, I wasn't fussed but the boyfriend loved them.

Decent prices, tasty food and love the box menus e.g. rice and chicken balls - good value.

Fabulous fresh cooked food A++++++
2nd meal from The Golden Rickshaw and i have to say it is the best i have ever tasted. This takeaway will be the thing I miss the most when I leave Cardiff!! Spicy set meal for 2 with the extra dish is superb value for money and easily feeds 4 medium appetites or 3 large plates.

Not good
Meal was ordered for between 930 - 945 I got there at 915 and meal was ready but it would have been sat there for up to half an hour if not got easy and the menu says one thing and you get something different

Mock duck was amazing
Easy to use website, speedy delivery, and the vegetarian/mock duck pancakes with cherry hoisin was amazing! So nice to see some unique meat-free options. Bean curd in satay was also very tasty and nice that you're offered vermicelli, udon, or egg noodles with the noodle dishes.
