Forgot items and the 2 poppadoms we ordered 1/4 was missing from each

Having been a regular customer of the Taj for several years, lately standards have slipped in terms of their customer service - this is the 3rd time in a row we have had where items have been missing and when you contact them to rectify the issues the staff are rude, blatantly lie and are unwilling to sort out issues- tonight’s fiasco involved missing items which has taken almost 2 hours to arrive - no apologies and the staff evidently have no concern about retaining customer loyalty- I will never order from them again - utterly disgraceful

We always get the same thing and it is normally delicious. Every now and then it tastes different and not as nice. Overall recommended.
