Cold and late
I have been using the spice well for 2 years and generally good but last night after 20 minutes past the delivery time I phoned. They seemed confused but said it is on the way. It arrived 20 minutes later and the whole event was ruined as the food was cold and I don't like reheating food in a microwave. I did email the spice well but all my mail seemed to come to you.

Didn't have a clue what was going on
The process didn't start of too badly. Registered as a user and then selected my menu and paid online by card. Received confirmatory e-mail. This is when it all started to go wrong. Received a call from someone at the Spicewell (who I could hardly understand) to confirm my order and asked whether or not I wanted rice. I said my order was correct, 20 minutes later my food arrived at my house and the driver asked me for £17.15. I explained that I had paid online and he said he was told it was a phone order. He phoned back to the restaurant who still insisted it was a phone order and hadn't been paid for. They asked (through the driver) If i had ordered through 'Just Eat' and I said no it was on their own website. They said they didn't have one so I got my laptop and showed the driver the website and my order and payment confirmation. He took a photo on his phone to show the restaurant and left the food. As for the food, the Prawn Puree was perfectly adequate as was the Bombay Aloo. However the main course was
