  • There are few simple steps to place an order with

    • Navigate to the home page and enter your postcode. You will get a list of restaurants that serve your area/will deliver to your address.
    • Select the restaurant you would like to order from and select delivery or collection options.
    • Add items to your order basket. When done, click on "Checkout" button to place your order. Please note, each restaurant has a specific minimum order value for delivery/collection.
    • Enter your email address and click on "Proceed" button.
    • Fill out the required information on the checkout page and click on "Place order".

    After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email from Kukd. Please ensure you have entered the correct email address and contact number(s) so Kukd/restaurant can contact you if there are any issues with your order.

  • Kukd offers a very simple table booking service. Just follow these simple steps to book a table at your favourite restaurant:

    • Navigate to the home page and enter your postcode. The listings page will appear displaying restaurants in your desired area. You can check the "Table booking" box at the top of the page to filter restaurants that offer a table booking service.
    • Select the restaurant you would like to book a table at and click on the "book table" button.
    • Complete the form and click on "book table".

    Please ensure you have entered your correct email address and contact number(s) as we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message confirming your table booking.

  • No. is a comprehensive online ordering system, where you can find Indian restaurants and takeaways close to your location, view menus for a specific restaurant, order and pay online. If you cannot find your local or favourite Indian on Kukd - let us know and we will try and get them on board for you.

  • Once you place an order you will receive an email or SMS from Kukd confirming receipt of your order. This email will contain your six digit order ID.
    Please ensure you have entered the correct email address and contact number(s). Please do not delete the order confirmation email or SMS until you receive your order. If there any issues with your order, you will need to contact Kukd/restaurant and quote the order ID. Please note, sometimes the order confirmation email can get filtered into your junk mailbox. Please check this in case you have not received your email and add Kukd to your "safe" list.

  • Yes. If the restaurant you would like to order from is closed, you can pre-order for later that same day. The listings page will display a "pre order" button in place of the usual "order now" button. You need to click on the "pre order" button and place your order as usual. Once on the checkout page, the order time will default to the first available delivery/collection time for the restaurant. You can also change this to a specific time by using the appropriate dropdown menu on the checkout page.

  • If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact the restaurant on the number provided on your order confirmation email. Please note, you will need to do this in good time as the restaurant will expect to be compensated if the order is cancelled after they have prepared it.

  • If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your reservation please send an email to "" stating your name, restaurant name and the date/time of the reservation. You can also contact the restaurant directly on the contact number(s) mentioned in the confirmation email if required.

  • To change your delivery address, you need to log in to your account, then click on the "account info" tab to the top right of your screen. This page will display your personal info and contact details. Using this page you can edit your details, change your password and edit/add your address(es). The "edit address" option will allow you to edit your address.


  • You have three options to pay for your order: cash, credit/debit card and PayPal.

    • If you want to pay by cash you need to select "Pay by Cash" button. You will need to pay cash on collection to the restaurant or to the delivery driver on receipt of a delivery order.
    • If you want to pay by credit/debit card, you need to select "Pay by Card", fill in the required form and click on submit payment.
    • If you want to pay by PayPal, you need to select "Pay by PayPal", fill in the required form and click on submit payment.
  • If you pay by Credit/Debit Card some restaurants will apply a £0.50 Card Surcharge. There will be a charge of £1.50 if you use the method of paying with PayPal, this is simply a charge passed on from the PayPal service.

  • Some of our partner restaurants choose to apply a 50 pence card surcharge to customers who wish to pay online via credit/debit card. This is to cover the cost of card processing.
    You do have the ability to filter out these restaurants and choose from one which does not apply a card surcharge in the restaurant listings screen by checking the 'no card surcharge' box on the filter options.

  • Once you have placed an order your card will be charged immediately.

  • This depends on the reason for cancellation. Please email in order for us to deal with your individual case.

  • If, for whatever reason a restaurant declines your order then you do not need to worry about your payment. Your payment will be refunded within 3 working days.

  • No. We do not save any credit/debit card details on our servers. This is for security reasons.


  • The standard delivery time for most restaurants/takeaways is 45-60 minutes, however, this can vary. The listings page will display this information against every restaurant. Please note, delivery times are quoted in good faith however, they can vary at busy periods such as on weekends.

  • Most restaurants on provide free delivery however, some may charge. Delivery charges will be stated on the listings page.

  • Although, we state a delivery time of 45-60 minutes for most restaurants, this is done in good faith and we rely on our restaurant partners to adhere to this. However, on certain busy periods, such as the weekend, deliveries may be delayed. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please get in touch with us and we will mediate with the restaurant on your behalf.

  • If your order is incomplete, please contact the restaurant immediately using the number provided on the order confirmation email. If possible, most restaurants will endeavour to rectify this by delivering the missing items. Alternatively, if a refund is required, please send us an email at and a member of our support staff will deal with your query within 72 hours.

My Account

  • To create an account you need to click on the "Login" button at the top right of your screen and then click on "Signup". Complete the form and click on the "Register" button. You will receive an email with a security code which you will need to enter on the next screen. Once you have entered the security code, you can set your password and click on "Submit". You will now be ready to login to your account.

  • With a account you can...

    • ... view your order history.
    • ... view your KukdPoints balance.
    • ... add or edit your contact details or address(es).
    • ... view restaurants in your area on a map.
  • If you have forgotten your password then you need to click on the "forgotten your password? click here" link which is located under the "login" tab. You will need to enter the email address used at registration, answer the anti-spam question and click on the "submit" button. You will then receive an email with a security code. You need to enter the code in the "Change your password" page, specify a new password and click on "submit".

  • Yes. You must create an account in order to place an order, this is just to help us identify and aid restaurants with fraud orders.

  • Yes. If you wish to delete your account on Kukd, just send us an email at and we will deactivate your account accordingly.

Kukd Points

  • KukdPoints are our very own rewards scheme and our way of thanking our regular users for showing their loyalty and confidence in our service.

  • For every order you place with us you receive kukd points which can be redeemed against future orders. There is no minimum amount that you need to redeem so you can start benefiting from your second order. Your points are always visible whenever you place an order and you will be asked if you would like to redeem points at checkout. Any points that you do not redeem are stored until YOU decide to use them. Please note, you need to be logged in to redeem or receive KukdPoints for your orders.

    Please Note - KukdPoints & Vouchers can only be redeemed when paying by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal and not Cash orders. Kukd promotion vouchers cannot be redeemed on cash payments. Restaurant promotions will still be available on all orders where applicable.

  • Any and all KukdPoints which are not redeemed within 12 months of them having been earned shall automatically expire and be removed from Your account.

  • Once you become a registered member, every order you place, review you write or reservation you make will be rewarded with KukdPoints. 1 KukdPoint will be awarded for every full £1.00 spent on orders on 10 points are awarded for making a reservation per person. KukdPoints can be redeemed in part or full on the promotions page of your ordering process. They will appear on the bottom left hand side of the screen when you are logged in. All members can view their points total by logging in and going into My Account at any time.

  • If your order is cancelled, any KukdPoints you have used will be re-credited to your account.


  • Restaurant information can be viewed on the restaurant's profile page. General information such as delivery time, opening times etc can be viewed via the "info" page.

  • If you want to read the reviews for a particular restaurant you can do so by clicking on the restaurant's logo (which will take you to the restaurant's profile page) and then on "read customer reviews". This page will display customer reviews as well as an overall rating (out of 5) based on these reviews.

  • At Kukd, we encourage customer feedback and send a feedback email following every order. You can use the link within this email to place a review. Alternatively, you can place a review directly via the review tab on the restaurant's profile by clicking on "read customer reviews" and then the "write a review" button.

  • Restaurant promotions/offers are displayed on the listings page and also via the "view special offers" link on the restaurant's profile page.

  • You can contact the restaurant directly using the contact details provided on your order confirmation email. For other queries, please email


  • If you suffer from an allergy or intolerance we strongly advise you to contact the restaurant / takeaway directly, prior to placing your order. If you need their contact number, please email us at or telephone us on 0333 370 9000. We only display information provided to us by the restaurant. We are not liable for any incorrect information displayed in relation to allergens.

  • When made available to us by the restaurant, we display chilli (hotness) on our website for specific dishes.

  • is an online ordering website dedicated to Indian restaurants and takeaways based in the UK. Established in 2008, we currently have over 2000 Indian restaurants and takeaways on our system. Customers are able to choose their nearest Indian meal provider, view specific menus, and make payment online or cash on delivery.

  • No. We do not mark-up menu prices - our prices are the same as the take-away prices displayed on the restaurants take-away menu. Although every effort is made to enforce the above, there may be instances where a discrepancy may occur. If you do notice any price discrepancies, please let us know by contacting and we will contact the partner restaurant and make any necessary updates as soon as possible.
